1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Quube website. They are not the contract for a project — any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where the two conflict, that agreement wins.
“Quube” is the name we trade under. The specific party you enter into a contract with, and its registration details where applicable, are set out in the written agreement for your project.
2. Using this site
You may browse this site and contact us through it. You agree not to use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its normal operation.
3. Pricing shown on this site
The prices published on our pricing section are indicative starting points for typical projects, quoted in euros and exclusive of any applicable taxes. They are not a binding offer. Final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal after we have discussed your requirements.
4. Enquiries and response times
We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours on business days. This is a target we hold ourselves to, not a contractual guarantee.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding on this site belong to Quube or to our clients, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client work shown in our case studies is published with the relevant client's permission, and their trademarks remain theirs.
6. Third-party links
This site links to external sites, including the live projects shown in our portfolio. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not control.
7. No warranty for the site
This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information on it may change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quube is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for project work is dealt with in the relevant project agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
