Who we are
Quube is a software development studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.quubetech.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are. If you have questions, email us at contact@quube.tech.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company name, phone number, and the content of your message. We collect this so we can reply to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records aggregated page views and referrers. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Technical data. Our contact endpoint temporarily records the IP address a submission came from, solely to rate-limit abuse. It is held in memory and is not stored long term.
Why we can use your data
Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis for processing contact form data is your consent (you chose to send us the message) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in protecting the site from abuse.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site:
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Our email provider — delivery of contact form messages to our inbox.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. Email contact@quube.tech and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
